Store Credit Policy

1. General

1.1. This Store Credit policy must be read in conjunction with our Website Terms & Conditions, which govern all transactions and services provided.

1.2. Store Credit is provided at our discretion as part of returns, promotions, goodwill gestures, or customer resolutions. Once Store Credit has been issued, it cannot be converted into a cash refund or exchanged for money, or Gift Cards.

1.3. Our Store Credit can be redeemed for goods and/or services, excluding Gift Cards, on our website, or at selected JW stores. Store Credit cannot be used for purchases outside of the jw.com.au website, such as third-party marketplaces, products or services.

1.5. If the value of a purchase is less than the available Store Credit, the remaining balance will be retained for future use. If the value of a purchase exceeds the available Store Credit, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.

1.6. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this Store Credit Policy at any time without prior notice.

2. Validity

2.1. Store Credit is available immediately after being issues and is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. Any unused Store Credit will expire after 12 months and will no longer be redeemable. The validity period cannot be extended under any circumstances.

2.2. Store Credit can only be used on orders associated with the original account or email address to which it was issued. It cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with another account or individual.

2.3. JW Computers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Store Credit. Customers are advised to keep their account secure and monitor their Store Credit balance.

2.4. JW Computers reserves the right to cancel and refuse the reissuance of Store Credit in cases of abuse, fraudulent activity, or violations of our terms and conditions.

3. Returns & Cancellations

3.1. Products purchased using Store Credit are not eligible for cash refunds under our returns or cancellation policies.

3.2. If an order purchased using Store Credit is cancelled or returned, the Store Credit portion of the refund will be restored to the customer’s account only—it will not be refunded as any other payment method.

4. Balances

4.1. JW Computers reserves the right to correct Store Credit balances if we detect a clerical or system error.

4.2. Store Credit does not accrue interest or any additional value over time.
