We offer both shipping and store pick-up options when purchasing from us online.

Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on the weight and destination you enter during the checkout process. Our shopping cart has an estimator so you know how much shipping will be before you check out!

How long will it take to get my order?

It usually takes 2-7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) provided all products are in stock at the time of order. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within a day, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, we cannot supply specific times for delivery.

Express Dispatch

We understand that when you order a product online, you want it delivered as fast as possible. That's why over 95% of approved orders for stocked products are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours after payment has cleared.

We use Australia Post eParcel for most deliveries, as it's fast and track-able. For large and bulky items we have a range of specialist couriers on call to get your product to you, in most cases by the next day.

We're located in NSW, so if you're ordering from another state your product may take an extra day or two depending on your location.

If you purchased a product that's built to order, such as a pre-configured desktop computer, a JW team member will contact you within a few hours of you placing an order to let you know when your order will be dispatched. We'll never leave you in the dark, we will always keep you well informed.

Tracked Delivery

No matter how big or small your purchase, we will always use a track-able delivery service to ensure you know exactly where your products are at any time.

Click and Collect

Is it free to pick-up my order from your stores?

Absolutely! We do not charge handling fees on your order, so you will not pay anything extra to pick up your order from any one of our stores.

We will contact you to let you know that your product is ready to be picked up. This is usually within 24 hours of your order. In the event that stock needs to be transferred from another branch, this may take up to 3 business days.

What do I bring to pick-up my order?

You need photo identification, such as a driver's licence or passport, the Order Reference Number you were given when you placed your order and if you paid by credit card, we will need to see the physical card.
