Please be mindful that there are many website providing cheaper import products called grey imports. These products usually do not come with a local manufacturer's warranty. If you are unsure, ask the website to provide you a compliance statement and warranty details. If they can't or won't do this, do not purchase from that website, no matter the saving.

C-Tick Stock

Every electronic device that we have for sale at JW Computers is 100% Australian stock and is C-Tick compliant. The C-Tick compliance indicates that the device complies with the applicable standard and establishes a traceable link between the device and the manufacturer, importer or their agent responsible for compliance and for placing it on the Australian market.

It is illegal to sell most electronic products in Australia without C-Tick compliance.

You can report suspicious websites and retailers to the ACMA (Australian Federal Department) or if you feel you may have been previously sold an illegal phone you may also report this to the ACMA on 03 9963 6800.
