Microsoft Office is the most popular productivity software suite in the world, with over 1.2 billion users around the globe.

MS Office includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote.

It is possible to purchase both single and multi-license copies. For example, for a family or small office, it would be more economical to purchase a 5 license version, which can be used across PCs & Macs.

Microsoft encourages its users to store their files online, through their Office 365 OneDrive web service. During the setup of Office, you may be asked whether to use the desktop or cloud version of the software. For traditional use - the desktop version is ideal.

MS Office is available as a one-off purchase or through a subscription. As a rule of thumb, one-offs are valid for one device, and subscriptions allow you to install on multiple devices.
