Mikrotik cAP ac, 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, 867 Mbit/s, 10,100,1000 Mbit/s
The cAP ac is a very capable and powerful wireless access point that looks beautiful on both walls and ceilings. The concurrent dual band wireless radio supports dual chain 2 GHz 802.11b/g/n and 5 GHz in a/n/?? standards, and will provide coverage in 360 degrees around it.
Even though the radio supports repeater mode, the two Ethernet ports give you the ability to extend your network with cables, even if PoE power is required, since the cAP ac supports 802.3af/at PoE input on the first port, and passive PoE output on the second port. Device supports IPsec hardware acceleration too.
The cAP ac is a feature packed device with a sleek enclosure, that can become inconspicuous with
the push of a button - the customizable mode button in the device center will turn off all lights and
sounds at it's default configuration, but can be reconfigured to launch any RouterOS script.

| Power | |
| Power over Ethernet (PoE) The device supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), which is one of several standardized or ad-hoc systems which pass electrical power along with data on Ethernet cabling. This allows a single cable to provide both data connection and electrical power to devices such as wireless access points or IP cameras. |
|
| Power over Ethernet (PoE) type supported | Active PoE, Passive PoE |
| DC voltage range | 17 - 57 V |
| Output voltage | 57 V |

|
| Antenna | |
| Antenna type Type of antenna, also known an aerial, e.g. external, internal. | Internal |
| Antenna features | Integrated antenna |
| Antennas quantity | 4 |
| Antenna gain level (max) Antenna gain is the measurement of an antenna's ability to amplify the incoming microwave signals in a particular direction, compared with the sensitivity of an isotropic antenna in any direction, or a dipole antenna in the equatorial direction. | 2.5 dBi |
