Mikrotik CRS504-4XQ-OUT, Managed, L3, Fast Ethernet (10/100), Power over Ethernet (PoE), Rack mounting, 1U
Should high-quality 100 Gigabit connectivity be limited to indoors only? Definitely not That's why we created the CRS504-4XQ-OUT: a versatile, cost-effective, ultra-fast weatherproof switch for all your outdoor needs.
At the core of this masterpiece, we have an incredible Marvell Prestera switch chip. And there are four 100 Gigabit QSFP28 ports. Use them to connect other 100 Gigabit devices or grab a breakout cable to connect multiple 25 Gigabit devices. Here's where the speedy switch chip really shines: each port is connected to four 25 Gigabit lines. That means you're getting up to 16 high-speed fiber interfaces from a single outdoor switch You can mix and match all kinds of connections this way: 100 Gigabits on one port, 40 Gigabits on the other, 4x25 Gigabits on the third, and maybe even some 10G or 1G cables on the fourth. And all this versatility comes in a sturdy, weatherproof IP66-rated enclosure. This rating proves it's strong enough to handle powerful water jets from any direction
When it comes to outdoor event planning, you can never be too prepared. So having multiple powering options is a must And CRS504-4XQ-OUT has got you covered: there's a standard DC jack, a 2-pin terminal, and 802.3bt PoE-in. We've also kept the good old management and console ports

| Management features | |
| Switch type What switch device has, managed or unmanaged. | Managed |
| Switch layer A network switch is a computer networking device that links networking segments. A switch has different layers, such as layer 2 (a network bridge, operating at the data link layer, interconnecting a small number of devices) and layer 4 (can act as a firewall, amongst other things). | L3 |
| Ports & interfaces | |
| Basic switching RJ-45 Ethernet ports quantity The number of basic switching RJ-45 Ethernet ports (sockets). | 1 |
| Basic switching RJ-45 Ethernet ports type The type/category of basic switching RJ-45 Ethernet ports (sockets). | Fast Ethernet (10/100) |
| Console port | RJ-45 |
| QSFP28 ports quantity | 4 |
| Network | |
| Networking standards The way in which the network is working, e.g. IEEE 802.11a, IEEE 802.11b, IEEE 802.11g. | IEEE 802.3bt |
| 10G support The product can use Oracle 10G, which is a database management system introduced in 2003. |
|
| Design | |
| Rack mounting The type of mounting that can position devices in a shelving system (rack). |
|
| Form factor The shape or design of the product. | 1U |
| Product colour The colour e.g. red, blue, green, black, white. | White |
| Reset button |
|
| LED indicators |
|
| International Protection (IP) code The IP code classifies and rates the degree of protection provided against the intrusion (including body parts such as hands and fingers), dust, accidental contact, and water by mechanical casings and electrical enclosures. It is published by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). The digits (characteristic numerals) indicate conformity with the conditions summarized in the tables below. Where there is no protection rating with regard to one of the criteria, the digit is replaced with the letter X. an electrical socket rated IP22 is protected against insertion of fingers and will not be damaged or become unsafe during a specified test in which it is exposed to vertically or nearly vertically dripping water. Another example is the Sony Xperia Z Ultra, one of the first cellular phones to be IP-rated; it is rated at IP58 and marketed as "dust resistant" and can be "immersed in 1.5 meter of freshwater for up to 30 minutes". | IP66 |
| Performance | |
| Operating system installed Type of operating system on a device e.g. IOS on Apple devices, Android for mobile devices. | RouterOS |
| Built-in processor Whether or not a processor is built into the device. |
|
| Processor manufacturer The manufacturer that produced the processor. | Qualcomm |
| Processor model The model number for the processor in a computer. | Qualcomm Atheros QCA9531 |
| Processor frequency The clock rate is the fundamental rate in cycles per second (measured in hertz) at which a computer performs its most basic operations such as adding two numbers. There are more factors, like internal memory size, that influence a computer's actual response time. | 650 MHz |
| Internal memory The amount of memory, usually measured in bytes (e.g. MB, GB), which is installed in the system's hardware. | 128 MB |
| Flash memory | 32 MB |
| Mean time between failures (MTBF) Statistical model used to indicate product/mechanism reliability; expressed in hours and percentage of duty cycle. This number (in hours) does not indicate the mean time before failure for a single unit/mechanism. | 200000 h |
| Power | |
| Power source What is providing power for the product e.g. mains electricity. | DC |
| Power supply included There is a power supply with this product. |
|
| DC input voltage | 36 - 57 V |

| Power consumption (max) The maximum amount of power used by the device. | 38 W |
| Power over Ethernet (PoE) | |
| Power over Ethernet (PoE) The device supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), which is one of several standardized or ad-hoc systems which pass electrical power along with data on Ethernet cabling. This allows a single cable to provide both data connection and electrical power to devices such as wireless access points or IP cameras. |
