A LCD KVM Console allows an operator to conveniently control and manage a PC, server or KVM switch from a single 19" rack mountable keyboard, touchpad and LCD display console.
The Lindy 17" Full HD LCD KVM Console is a hardware solution that allows direct control of a computer from an all-in-one Terminal with keyboard, touchpad and 17" monitor. It s ideal for system administrators who want to control one or multiple computers or servers from a single, centralised location.
The Console is designed to be easily installed into 1 Unit of a 19" server cabinet with front to back rail distance from 52 to 91cm. Display and keyboard are on the same drawer in Single Rail design, can be slided out together, while latch locks mechanism can lock and unlock the drawer.
17" LCD screen supports analog and digital resolutions up to 1920x1080 with auto-off function when the display is closed below 30 degrees. Screen adjustments and Input selection can be access via OSD pushing the buttons under the screen.
The Lindy LCD KVM Console can be connected to a PC, server or KVM Switch via HDMI, DisplayPort or VGA to get the video signal, USB port to control it via keyoboard and touchpad, and to an additional Console if required (it must have the same video connection of the source). Both the LCD console drawer and the local console can be used at the same time. In this way an administrator can access and manage locally or from another console one or several PCs occupying only one unit in a 19" rack. The metal drawer with slide rails on each side are essential also within industrial environments.
