A USB hub connects to a PC or laptop and provides additional USB ports for connecting multiple peripherals or other devices simultaneously.
The Lindy 10 Port USB 3.0 Hub provides convenient access and effective power management for up to 10 USB peripherals and storage devices. Capable of data transfer speeds of up to 5Gbps, the hub is also backwards compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1. The hub supports Multi TT technology which guarantees the highest possible throughput speed for USB 1.1 devices.
The hubs individual On/Off switching ports can help reduce overall power consumption and are perfect for accessing external hard drives or other periodically used devices. Each port has its own LED power status. The included 36 Watt power supply ensures that there is always enough power available, even for several or power-hungry USB devices.
The unit also features USB battery charging ports which are each capable of delivering 5V 1.5A up to a total of 36W when the hub is connected to the external power supply, perfect for charging larger devices such as smartphones and tablets.

USB 3.0, USB 3.1 and USB 3.2 PCs, cables and devices are all compatible with each other, when using either a USB Type A or USB Type C host interface.
USB 3.0, USB 3.1 Gen 1 and USB 3.2 Gen 1 all support data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps.
USB 3.1 Gen 2 and USB 3.2 Gen 2 both support data transfer rates up to 10 Gbps.
