Brighter, vivid projection

White brightness alone cannot bring the True Colours you see every day. While other manufacturers of 1-chip DLP technology believe they can improve image quality by just increasing the brightness of their projectors white light output, Epson ensures that its projectors combine brightness and True Colours to create vibrant and realistic images with 3LCD technology across every projector model.

3LCD Technology

All Epson projectors are based on 3-chip LCD technology for amazing colour, incredible detail and solid reliability. 3LCD s 3-chip architecture dedicates an entire chip to process each primary colour red, green and blue, continuously. Unlike single-chip technology that delivers colour sequentially, you get full-time colour. The result is vibrant, realistic images and video all delivered with 3LCD s true-to-life colour.

Up to 3x Brighter Colours with Epson Projectors

Epson projectors use 3LCD Engines that have no colour wheel with a white segment and therefore don't force a trade-off between white and colour brightness.

In fact, Epson projectors have up to 3x Brighter Colours than their leading competitive 1-chip DLP projectors*. If you are looking for business and education projectors or 720p home entertainment projectors, know that choosing Epson projectors means up to 3x brighter colours. If you are looking for 1080p home entertainment projectors, you consistently get 2x and up to 3x Brighter Colours than competitor 1-chip DLP projectors.

Brilliant Images in any setting

With both colour and white brightness up to 4,200 lumens, the FH52 and 992F series makes it easy to enjoy brilliant content in any setting, even well-lit rooms. Despite the light weight and compact size of these projectors enable them to be carried from room to room; they are capable of highly visible images thanks to high brightness and a superior 16,000:1 contrast ratio.

Large Image Size
While conventional panels are limited to a pre-determined height and width, projectors have no such constraints. With the image size expanding up to 260 , your audience can easily read and understand the information you re sharing.

Travel Light

Weighing in at only 3.1kg, these projectors are perfect for being carried from room-to-room around the office. Also, with the additional option of a stylish carry case, the switch between home and work can be even more convenient.

Flexible Positioning
Position your projector almost anywhere in the room and still get a correctly proportioned image with auto vertical correction and Easy-Slide horizontal image correction. Additionally, optical zoom up to 1 - 1.6x enables you to adjust the image easily and quickly, even in a limited space.

Split Screen
Split Screen allows inputs from two separate sources to be displayed side by side on the same screen. With different layout options you can display video and presentation materials, and run video on both screens. This function allows the projector to perform a dual role, eliminating the need for a second screen, perfect for meeting rooms with limited spaces. Additionally, classroom lessons can be made more engaging by connecting a projector with a document camera and a PC or tablet.

Epson iProjection
Wirelessly display content from your iOS or Android mobile devices as well as PCs, including Chromebook with the free Epson iProjection App. Easily share information on the big image from up to 4 connected devices simultaneously. Just turn on the projector, use the Epson iProjection app to scan the on-screen QR code, and share content on the big screen. This free application allows you to travel light and present from your mobile device.

Quick, Convenient Control
Enjoy fast set-up with the Auto Power On function, as the projector startup is activated via USB, HDMI, or VGA cable insertion.

Slide the lens shutter closed at any time and the projector will go into A/V mute (sleep mode) so you can stop and start your presentations when needed.

Low Cost of Ownership
Save on costs with a longer lamp life and a high efficiency filter, allowing for hassle free maintenance. The EB-992F series lamps last up to 17,000 hours in ECO mode, the equivalent of 14 years worth of use. (Using 6 hours for 200 weekdays)

Connectivity Options
These projectors support a range of connectivity options, including HDMI, VGA and USB, allowing you to connect to the latest digital devices without the need for adaptors.

Simple Set-up
An easy-to-use home screen offers quick access to a variety of useful functions. Also, all source information, no matter what the source input is, can be seen at a glance. Wireless connections can be made effortlessly because all the information you need is right there on the screen.

Powerful 16W Speaker
A powerful 16W speaker delivers clear sound to every corner of the classroom or meeting room, saving money by eliminating the need for additional speakers. (EB-W52 has a 2W speaker)

Focus Manual
Focal length range Measure of how strongly the system converges or diverges light. For an optical system in air, it is the distance over which initially collimated rays are brought to a focus. A system with a shorter focal length has greater optical power than one with a long focal length; that is, it bends the rays more strongly, bringing them to a focus in a shorter distance. For an optical system in air, the effective focal length (f and f′) gives the distance from the front and rear principal planes (H and H′) to the corresponding focal points (F and F′). 18.2 - 29.2 mm
Ports & interfaces
USB 2.0 ports quantity Number of USB 2.0 ports (connecting interfaces) in the device. USB 2.0 was released in April 2000 (now called "Hi-Speed"), adding higher maximum signaling rate of 480 Mbit/s (effective throughput up to 35 MB/s or 280 Mbit/s), USB 2.0 ports are usually black. 1
VGA (D-Sub) ports quantity Number of VGA (D-Sub) ports (connecting interfaces) in the device. The VGA (D-Sub) connector is a 15 pin connector between a computer and a monitor. It was first introduced in 1987 by IBM. 2
Composite video in The socket (port) for the composite video input (white cable). 1
