Dell Manufacturer Warranty Information

Please be advised that Dell warranty records may initially display a commencement date earlier than the original purchase date. This is because Dell may register or activate product warranties when products are dispatched from the manufacturer or enter the distribution channel.

For Dell products purchased from JW Computers, your warranty entitlement is based on the original date of purchase, subject to Dell's applicable warranty terms and conditions.

If the warranty commencement date displayed on Dell's website does not accurately reflect your purchase date, you may request a correction directly from Dell by providing a valid proof of purchase or tax invoice.

Dell Warranty Support

You can verify your warranty status or request a warranty date correction through Dell's official support portal:

JW Computers - Upgraded Components

For Dell products customised or upgraded by JW Computers, any additional components installed by JW Computers are covered under the warranty period specified in the relevant product listing, unless otherwise stated.

Please note that warranty coverage for these additional components may differ from Dell's original manufacturer warranty.
