Product overview
The wall-mount Cisco Room Navigator is a 10-inch touch display that allows you to infuse intelligent room booking and workspace experiences into the office journey, supporting the native Cisco room booking and room controller applications, the native Microsoft Teams Panel experience (coming soon), and other third-party or custom workspace solutions. The Room Navigator provides the flexibility to be deployed as a standalone scheduling and control display to support spaces without a video device or can be paired with a Cisco video endpoint. It can be easily mounted on glass, dry and concrete walls and adapts well to different workspace use cases. In addition, the device can be either configured as a room controller inside meeting rooms with less table space (then behaving like its table-stand counterpart) or serve as a vendor-independent room booking and control display outside the meeting room.
The Room Navigator is designed to be accessible for everyone and comes with a 15-degree viewing angle to be mounted low and usable by anyone. When activated, a multicolor 360Deg LED shows room availability status, so that your employees can instantly see at a distance if the room is being used or ready to be reserved.
You only need a single Ethernet cable to power the device and access the network. In paired mode, the Room Navigator can be connected directly to a Cisco video device or remotely paired with an endpoint when plugged on a PoE network.
