Asustor AS1202T, NAS, Tower, Realtek, 1 GB, DDR4, 0 TB
Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) Ready: ADM Prepared for Future Threats
ASUSTOR has officially upgraded ADM to support PQC Hybrid TLS encryption certified by the US NIST. This fully adopts the official version of the Kyber algorithm, X25519+ML-KEM 768, and in ADM 5.1 and later, is automatically enables this feature through TLS 1.3 without requiring any configuration. This protects against the Harvest Now, Decrypt Later threat. As long as your browser supports PQC, it will immediately establish a post-quantum cryptography (PQC) encrypted secure connection, and the connection status will be clearly displayed through the ADM interface, ensuring that data stored on your ASUSTOR NAS can withstand future quantum computer threats.
Build Your Family's Data Center
The AS12 series is designed for families: offering ample storage, secure backups, and ease of use. Powered by a Realtek RTD1619B 1.7 GHz Quad-Core processor, it features 2.5GbE networking and supports Btrfs snapshots for extra data protection. With three USB 5Gbps ports (1 front, 2 rear), you have more flexibility for external backups and peripheral expansion.
CPU and iGPU Upgrades
The Drivestor Gen2 contains a 1.7 GHz CPU, which is faster than the 1.4 GHz found in the first generation of Drivestor NAS devices. The upgraded CPU also contains an upgraded iGPU that provides significant upgrades in transcoding features and performance, making the Drivestor Gen2 the best price-performance NAS.
1GB DDR4 RAM
The Drivestor Gen2 handles multitasking with ease by utilizing its 1 GB of DDR4 memory ensuring that virtually any task on an ASUSTOR NAS is executed smoothly.

| DHCP server A server is a system which that responds to requests across a computer network to provide, or help to provide, a network service. DCHP servers uses the DCHP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol), which is a standardized networking protocol used by servers on an IP network to allocate IP addresses to computers. The purpose of DHCP is to automate the IP address configuration of a computer without a network administrator. IP addresses are typically selected from a range of assigned IP addresses stored in a database on the server and issued to a computer which requests a new IP address. An IP address is assigned to a computer for a set interval, after which, the computer must renew the IP address or acquire a new one. |
