Full-time Computer Repair Technician and Sales Consultant - Bankstown & Bella Vista (Updated 16/08/2010)

If you are a Tech Savvy person who likes to work with their head as much as their hands and is self motivated to achieve goals and targets, we want you! Enthusiastic individuals will benefit greatly from our generous commissions, and can take advantage of our generous staff discounts. We offer job rotation between the technical and sales positions, so you'll always feel fresh!

Responsibilities will include:  

• Troubleshooting hardware and software faults on computers.
• Liaising with customers throughout the stages of the computer repair.
• Finding and executing the appropriate solution to various different computer faults.
• Building of various different desktop computers such as gaming computers, workstationsetc.
• General sales dutiesrequiring somespecialised sales knowledge in the range of products which we stock.
• merchandising products and displays.

Positions Available: 1 x Full Time, 2 x Part Time (Bankstown) & 2 x Part Time (Bella Vista)
Location: Bankstown & Bella Vista
Able to Start: Immediately

Applicants should have strong verbal communication skills, be tech savvy, have a strong interest in computers and have an approachable, bright and bubbly personality. Proven experience in retail sales, with strong problem solving skills are required for this position. A thorough understanding of current computer hardware trends will also be a great asset for any applicant. Individuals with some experience within the industry are preferred.

Full-time Mobile Technician/Junior Systems Engineer - Based in Bella Vista (Updated 05 August 2010)

Would you like to get out of the office and work in different environments on a regular basis? Are you a Tech Savvy person who likes to work with your head as much as your hands? Are you a friendly and approachable character who can communicate "IT talk" in plain English? 

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to expand our team of mobile technicians and systems engineers!

Responsibilities will include:  

• Help desk support ranging from simple desktop issues to more advanced server maintenance.
• Troubleshooting event faults on computers and servers.
• Travelling to client locations for Network and Computer Troubleshooting/Installation jobs.
• Liaising with clients and establishing professional relationships.
• Finding and executing the appropriate solution to various different computer faults.

Positions Available: 1-2 x Full Time
Location: Bella Vista Store
Able to Start: ASAP

Applicants should have a drivers license, strong verbal communication skills, be Tech Savvy, have a strong interest in computers and have an approachable, bright and bubbly personality. Proven experience in a technical background, with strong problem solving skills are required for this position. A thorough understanding of current software, operating systems and network hardware will also be a great asset for any applicant.
